Roots Market is seeking a General Manager for our Olney location. This person must have a passion for green living and a strong knowledge of natural and organic foods. All applicants must have a strong drive to grow our business and must have effective communication skills and a minimum of five years of upper management experience.

-Managing and motivating a team of department managers to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
-Ability to effectively schedule 50-55 employees

-Ability to plan, schedule, organize and chair effective manager meetings.
